The Supervisory Board of ANWIL S.A. changed the composition of the company's Management Board
On March 1, 2024, the Supervisory Board of ANWIL S.A. changed the composition of the company's Management Board. By decision of the Council, Mr. Jarosław Chmielewski, Member of the Management Board for Administration from March 2, 2024, is no longer a Member of the Company's Management Board.
From March 2, 2024, the company’s Management Board will consist of four Members: President of the Management Board - Agnieszka Żyro, Member of the Management Board for Sales - Arkadiusz Galka, Member of the Management Board for Production - Jacek Mendelewski, Member of the Management Board for Purchasing and Investments - Piotr Strożyk.
